Our asbestos encapsulation system provides a safe, compliant and cost-effective way to protect ageing asbestos cement roofs and extend their working life by up to a further 20 years.
Rather than removing and replacing the existing roof, we carefully clean, prepare and encapsulate the asbestos cement sheets, creating a durable, weatherproof and leak-resistant barrier that protects the roof for years to come.
We use a specialist closed-head cleaning system and steam technology to safely prepare the roof surface, with waste captured and passed through advanced filtration to minimise the risk of contamination throughout the process.
Once prepared, we apply our Nano-Tech Advanced Coating system, sealing the asbestos cement and providing long-lasting protection against weathering, water ingress and further deterioration.

Whilst true that asbestos can be dangerous, when treated correctly it can then be treated again and again with the same, or different techniques. Cracks, holes and roof lights can be restructured and sealed, or individual sheets replaced with a GRP profile pieces to allow for full encapsulation.
